SYSTEM BENEFITS AS PERCEIVED AT THE FIELD LEVEL
1. The conditions for sale are recorded as a
database
- Inventory is available electronically and is
recorded by type, year, length, price etc.
- The current sales options are available in
the system:
finance terms and rates, lease terms and rates,
warranty terms and rates, credit insurance terms and rates.
- All required forms including Dealership information
are available for production at the time of sale or delivery.
2. Customer data is recorded accurately
- The Dealer captures all pertinent information
at the time of sale. This data will include all credit information,
RV trade information, insurance information etc.
- All available delivery options are pre-loaded
to ensure discussion with the purchaser; these items could include
warranties, protection packages and credit insurance packages,
but are determined by the Dealer.
- With all purchase data complete, all required
forms can be quickly printed for delivery. Each deal may be
recorded as pending or completed and reports can be generated
at any time.
3. The Dealer uses system data to generate
reports and manage his/her business
- Sales gross profit is recorded by transaction
(password protected for selected Mgmt).
- All sales, retail and wholesale are recorded;
the sales report can be customized to reflect the needs of the
selling dealer.
- Unit production can be tracked by salesperson,
sales manager, F&I manager etc.
- Availability of a large business database allows
for immediate reference to required data at the time of follow-up
